Nationally distributed commercials qualify for our Mississippi Motion Picture Incentive Program, which offers an up to 35 percent cash rebate.

Here’s some key details of the program:

• $50,000 minimum spend
• $20 million cap
• Cash rebate program
• 25% rebate on local spend
• 25% rebate on non-resident cast and crew
• 30% rebate on resident cast and crew
• Additional 5% bonus for resident armed forces veterans
• 1.5% sales and use tax reduction on eligible rentals and purchases
