Morgan Casting is excited to announce that we are seeking background players for a feature film shooting in Central Mississippi starting February 23.
LAZARUS: THE AWAKENING tells the story of a resurrected vigilante with mysterious powers fighting a ruthless drug empire led by kingpin Demetrius Barkley. As he dismantles the gang’s operations, Lazarus forms an uneasy alliance with Vanessa, a determined journalist, while her brother Alonzo struggles to escape the gang’s grip. With betrayal brewing and the task force closing in, Lazarus must confront his own dark nature to bring justice to a city plagued by corruption and violence.
Morgan Casting is seeking adults of all ages, ethnicity, body types, and appearances for background roles. These roles will include drug dealers and users, bar patrons, and just folks in the neighborhood.
The rate is $120/day, paid on set.
